We have more than 21 years of experience in designing floor drains, gratings and other bathroom fittings and accessories. Our gratings are used as floor drains, sink drains, shower channel drains, bathtub drains, waste couplings, and cockroach traps. These are essential for the drainage of wastewater from the bathroom, balcony, kitchen, and utility areas at homes, offices and public infrastructures. We are well-equipped with advanced grating tools, precision machinery and calibrations for accurate dimensions. Each unit is surface-treated for high durability. As a result, we obtain flawless gratings with a super smooth surface, shiny appearance and reliable strength.
Supplying Large Varieties
With our large manufacturing capabilities, we design, fabricate and supply a large variety of gratings. The right material is chosen for the process, and the sheets are cast into a determined shape. Every step is given close consideration, from CNC cutting to deep drawing, shaping, welding and polishing. The grates or jalis are cut using prcision tools in standard and unique patterns. Our variety includes:
- Bidding Jali: A standard round grating with or without hole. The surface is sloped downward for effective drainage by gravity.
- Cockroach Trap: This jali has an additional section in cylindrical shape below the jali for trapping the cockroaches. It may or may not have hole for inserting pipe.
- Round Lock Jali: This grating is designed to lock into the floor, preventing accidental removal by strong flow.
- Square Drain: It is a modern style of grating preferred in bathrooms with square tiles.
- Vertical Jali: Some gratings are attached on the walls to drain the rainwater accumulated from the roof.
- Waste Coupling: These are smaller grating with threads attached with sink and bathtub.
